These terms govern your use of InvoiceTally ("the Service"), operated by InvoiceTally ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
Service description
InvoiceTally is a tool that automatically matches your invoices to bank transactions so you can see who paid, who didn't, and what fees were deducted. InvoiceTally is not accounting software. It does not provide tax advice, bookkeeping, payroll, or any financial services beyond invoice-to-payment matching.
Accounts
You must provide a valid email address and create a password to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Upload malicious files or content
- Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
- Use the Service to process data you do not have the right to use
Data ownership
You own your data. The invoices you upload, the bank transactions you connect, and the matching results generated are yours. We do not claim any ownership rights over your data. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.
Payment and billing
InvoiceTally offers two paid plans:
- Starter: $15/month — 1 bank account, 100 invoices/month
- Pro: $25/month — unlimited bank accounts and invoices
All plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. After the trial, you will be billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time, and your access will continue through the end of the billing period.
Prices may change with 30 days' notice. We will never increase your price during an active billing period.
Matching accuracy
InvoiceTally uses automated algorithms to match invoices to bank transactions. We do not guarantee 100% matching accuracy. Matches may be incorrect, especially when transaction amounts are similar, fees are deducted, or partial payments are made. Always review suggested matches before confirming them. InvoiceTally is a tool to assist your workflow, not a substitute for your own verification.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InvoiceTally shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Termination
You can cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation, you will have 30 days to export your data. After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with notice when possible.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the site. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
